YAY!!!! MY 100th VIDEO UPLOAD!!! THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR WATCHING MY VIDS!!!! The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com As a few people guessed correctly, I was to build a beach house. And build a beach house I did! However, it was supposed to be an actually fully fledged house but based on the complexities and lot size restricitions, I downgraded to a holiday house. I also decided on "experimenting" with colour with each section of the house a different one, I personally like the Blue the most. I forgot to allow sound to be recorded so I had to use music from previous sims, brings back lovely memories! As I said in previous videos I'm getting repetitive with furniture sets and styles, particularly the wood thing. Get used to it until the next pack comes out, and I refuse to spend copious amounts of money in the store (although the Ultra Lounge set is verrrrrry tempting) I tried to make a lowered living room but there wasn't enough space to fit it all in so I'll do it next hosue The house took 2 hours and 3 minutes to build and furnish. It costs 000 furnished and 000 unfurnished. Enjoy!!!

Course Description: The Building a Business Architecture Using Value Chains and Value Streams class describes an approach and method for building an architecture of the business. It explains how to build and integrate your customer centric cross-functional processes, sometimes called value streams or capabilities, with the IT architectures and the value chains found in the corporate strategy. It formally captures your intellectual capital in an architectural type blueprint or model of the business that is available for strategic and tactical analysis. Consequently, the business and IT teams can work in harmony with the insight gleaned from the Business Architecture to create higher profits, superior customer service and a competitive advantage for their enterprise. The Business Architecture is the parent logical architecture and nexus from which one can unite, derive and integrate all of the architectures of the enterprise in a formal and disciplined manner. These include the IT, Security and Organization Architectures. One can also use the very same BA to direct and guide process design/improvement, software development, and package configuration initiatives, resulting in higher levels of efficiency and lower levels of rework in any software or systems life cycle. Guided by the strategy, this new and expanded view of the enterprise provides keen insight into innovative thinking, thereby improving enterprise performance. This class is supported with a high level case ...

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com Part 2 of my 'Colour Series', Tangerine Villa is orange AND yellow themed, I was going to do a seperate yellow house but theres so much yellow in this house I've decided to fuse the 2 together. Nothing special in this video, thank god Orange translates very well as stone and plaster. I HATE roofing!!! At first I planned the 2 roofless parts of the house were going to be balconies, but that didn't work out well later on. The front garden is decent.... there's something I just love about outdoor lighting! So nice! Each installment of my 'Colour Series' will have a new feature that I will use for the next installment, so Green will have an amalgamation of all the previous houses making it a super house! Blue has the colour theme. Orange has the pond. Tangerine Villa costs 8 000 furnished and 000 unfurnished. It took 3 hours and 28 minutes to build. Enjoy! Hint for the next house: It isn't a colour
